Compilation of 75 TV excerpts from year 2000 New Year’s broadcasts from all over the world
Synopsis:
During the last days of 1999, German video artist Bjoern Melhus launched an international e-mail campaign called TV-2000. Melhus asked people to set their VCRs to record the last 30 minutes of 1999, and the first 30 minutes of 2000. The resulting video “Good Morning New World” itself was edited to 60 min.
