From 1.7.–17.9., nine Berlin galleries and silent green will be showing selected positions from their programme as part of the summer exhibition “Am Seegarten” in Kirchmöser, an hour west of Berlin. The exhibition occupies the former administration building of a gunpowder factory as well as the associated old theatre, directly on the shore of Lake Plauer. In the approximately 60 rooms and a large hall, they present an extensive programme of installations, sculptures, videos and paintings by John Bock, Dagie Brundert, Lea Draeger, Friederike Feldmann, David Horvitz, Sandro Kopp, Bjørn Melhus, John Miller, Navid Nuur, Karin Sander, Jan St. Werner and Franz West, among others.
silent green presents the video works “Muttitelefon” by Dagie Brundert (2022, 5:12 min) and “Heaven” by Bjørn Melhus (2013, 6:20 min) and the audio installation “Efferent effects” by Jan St. Werner with Michael Akstaller (2023).
